At Spreading The Word, each item is made especially for you. Because many of our products are custom printed on demand through our production partners, we have the following return policy:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Custom or print-on-demand items

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damage, misprint, or wrong item)

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • Or a refund, if a replacement is not available

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

How to Start a Claim

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos attached

Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.
